MUSAN factory is established in 1996 with German drying in oven technology and sterilizing with microwave units. Now, producing red hot chilli pepper beginning from growing the fresh chilli. Also manufacturing chips of tarhana and other dried vegetables & fruits in their seasons and producing with contracts.

MUSAN produces Red Hot Chilli Pepper with the support of Turkish Scientific Investigation Association, some universities & etc. MUSAN is awarded to '1998 Product Improving Award' in Turkey for the process in producing with microwaved supported technology in drying/sterilizng and other technology for producing the red hot chilli pepper with the best aroma and Vitamin C.


MUSAN has its high technology production line in Kahramanmaras which is the famous red hot pepper source in Turkiye and is
producing red hot chilli pepper flakes and powder in microwave technology plantation.
